FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

FLOODING OF URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS MAY OCCUR THIS EVENING.
AT 838 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT BETWEEN AN INCH AND A INCH AND A
HALF OF RAIN FELL ACROSS SOUTHERN ASHTABULA COUNTY AND NORTHERN TRUMBULL
COUNTIES BETWEEN NORTH BRISTOL IN TRUMBULL COUNTY AND ANDOVER IN
ASHTABULA COUNTY. MORE HEAVY RAIN MAY MOVE THROUGH THAT AREA THROUGH 930
PM AND THAT WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF ROADS AND STREAMS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
