FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 720 AM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND CONTINUED TO SHOW THUNDERSTORMS
ACROSS MUCH OF HANCOCK COUNTY. THEY CONTINUED TO DEVELOP AND RADAR
RAINFALL ESTIMATES WERE AROUND AN INCH. FLOODING OF ROADS AND STREAMS
COULD OCCUR.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.

INDICATED THAT THERE IS A SLIGHT RISK OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER
NORTHERN OHIO AND ERIE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES IN NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA
TODAY AND THIS EVENING.

A WARM FRONT MOVING INTO NORTHERN OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA TODAY
WILL CAUSE THUNDERSTORMS AND SOME COULD BECOME SEVERE. THE MAIN THREAT
IS FOR DAMAGING WINDS AND HAIL. HOWEVER...IT IS POSSIBLE THAT AN
ISOLATED TORNADO COULD ALSO OCCUR.

PEOPLE IN NORTHERN OHIO AND NORTHWEST PENNSYVLANIA NEED TO MONITOR
NOAA WEATHER RAFDIO OR THE LOCAL MEDIA FOR WATCHES AND WARNINGS AND KEEP
