IN OHIO ...GEAUGA COUNTY...PORTAGE COUNTY...STARK COUNTY ...SUMMIT COUNTY WEATHER SERVICE RADAR AND SKYWARN OBSERVERS REPORT HEAVY RAINS WITH THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE WARNING AREA IN NORTHEAST OHIO. THE HEAVY RAINS WILL CAUSE MANY SMALL STREAMS AND DRAINAGE AREAS TO OVERFLOW THE BASINS THIS EVENING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHI CLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. WAYNE AND HOLMES A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER WEST CENTRAL OHIO WILL MOVE INTO THE WESTERN SECTIONS OF THE WATCH AREA AROUND 6 PM.
