THE CENTRAL LAKESHORE COUNTIES.  SKYWARN REPORTS RAINFALL OF 1.1
INCHES OF RAIN IN A HALF HOUR IN MANSFIELD AND FREMONT.

NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
