FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  530 PM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 235 PM THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND
SHOWED A LINE OF MODERATE SHOWERS ENTERING SOUTHWEST CRAWFORD COUNTY.
THIS LINE WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MILES PER HOUR. CURRENT INDICATIONS
ARE THAT  UP TO AN INCH OF RAIN COULD FALL OVER PORTIONS OF
THE COUNTY BY 400 PM.
 
THIS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE ANOTHER ROUND OF URBAN AND SMALL STREAM
FLOODING ACROSS SOME AREAS OF THE COUNTY THIS AFTERNOON.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
