FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...STARK COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THAT THE HEAVY RAINS HAVE MOVED OUT OF STARK
COUNTY...HOWEVER...AREAS OF LIGHTIER RAIN WILL OCCUR THROUGH MIDNIGHT.
MANY ROADS ARE STILL CLOSED AND SOME STILL HAVE HIGH WATER. SINCE THE
GROUND IS SATURATED THE WATER WILL SLOWLY RECEDE FROM THE ROADS. ANY
STREAMS THAT ARE OUT OF THEI.RE BANKS WILL COME BACK IN THEIR BANKS
LATER TONIGHT.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE I~NTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
