FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 555 PM EST DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN THAT
WILL MOVE THROUGH THE COUNTIES BY 730 PM. THE GROUND IS ALREADY
SATURATED SO THIS ADDITIONAL RAIN WILL CAUSE SOME FLOODING OF STREETS
AND STREAMS.
