SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE IN THE WARNING AREA THROUGH 9
TO 10 PM. RAINFALL OF BETWEEN ONE TO TWO INCHES HAS BEEN ESTIMATED FOR
THE AREA FROM AROUND GALION /CRAWFORD COUNTY/ TO SHELBY /RICHLAND
COUNTY/ AND STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING.
 
THE RICHLAND COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED AT 8 PM THAT THERE WAS HIGH WATER
ON ROUTE 19 JUST SOUTH OF GALION.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
