FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL NOON EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 750 AM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN ACROSS
ERIE AND CRAWFORD COUNTIES AND MORE HEAVY RAIN WILL BE MOVING INTO THOSE
COUNTIES AS THE MORNING GOES ON. AS OF 730 AM RAINFALL TOTALS SINCE THE
RAIN BEGAN HAS BEEN AROUND AN INCH. BY NOON ANOTHER INCH TO AN INCH AND
A HALF OF RAIN MAY FALL. THIS MAY CAUSE FLOODING OF SOME ROADS AND
STREAMS.
 
AS OF 745 AM NO FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN CRAWFORD OR ERIE COUNTIES.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WA\TER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
