FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  915 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...CUYAHOGA COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY...HURON COUNTY...LORAIN COUNTY
 
AN EAST WEST LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS JUST INLAND FROM LAKE ERIE OVER ERIE
AND HURON COUNTIES WILL BE MOVING EAST AT ABOUT 25 MILES AN HOUR.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINS OVER THE ALREADY SATURATED GROUND MAY CAUSE CREEKS
AND STREAMS OVER THE AREA TO COME OUT OF THEIR BANKS AND FLOOD LOWLANDS
AND ADJACENT ROADWAYS. URBAN FLOODING IS ALSO POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY IN
AREAS SUSCEPTIBLE TO IT.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
