AT 1010 PM DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAT THREE HOUR RAINFALL TOTALS OVER
EASTERN TRUMBULL COUNTY WERE UP TO 2 INCHES. ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS TRUMBULL COUNTY THROUGH 1 AM. SOME OF
THESE SHOWERS OR STORMS WILL CONTAIN HEAVY DOWNPOURS WHICH MAY LEAD TO
FLOODING OF SMALL STREAMS AND ROADWAYS.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WjHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
