FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

ICE JAM FLOODING CONTINUES ON PARTS OF THE CHAGRIN RIVER...ESPECIALLY
NEAR EAST LAKE. WITH WARM TEMPERATURES OVERNIGHT THE THREAT OF MORE
ICE JAM FLOODING WILL CONTINUE. ICE JAMS COULD EVEN OCCUR ON THE
GRAND RIVER...IN FACT THE RIVER WAS OUT OF ITS BANKS AND
COVERING A ROAD BETWEEEN PERRY AND LEROY.
 
ICE JAM FLOODING CAN HAPPEN QUICKLY.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
