INTO JENKINS COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH...AND WILL
PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND GUSTS AND HAIL AS IT PASSES NEAR EMMALANE AND
MILLEN BY 940 AM.
