FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...EASTERN COLUMBIA COUNTY
 
AT 515 PM THE LOCK ROAD FIRE DEPARTMENT REPORTED 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN THE
PAST 30 MINUTES. AS A RESULT FLASH FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED ALONG REED
CREEK DURING THE NEXT 2 HOURS. THIS INCLUDES THE SUBDIVISIONS OF FOREST
CREEK AND WEST LAKE.
 
SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE IN THE AREA DURING THE NEXT HOUR.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
