AT 1125 AM EDT BUFFALO DOPPLER SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER
SOUTHERN MONROE COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 40
MILES AN HOUR AND WILL CROSS NORTHERN LIVINGSTON COUNTY AND ONTARIO
COUNTY BETWEEN 1130 AM AND 1230 PM.
