SOUNDING. MAIN CONCERN WITH NORTH/SOUTH LINE ALONG WEAK BOUNDARY
WEST ST. LAW COUNTY WITH POSSIBLE REPEAT ECHOS NEAR GOUVERNEUR.
OTHER CELLS HAVE BEEN PLAGUEING NORTHERN FRANKLIN/CLINTON BORDER
FOR A FEW HOURS WITH PERSISTANT MOIST CONV.  ALSO SLOW MVG CELL
