IN SOUTH TEXAS ...HIDALGO COUNTY...WILLACY COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS OF THE LOWER TEXAS COAST THE BAY WATERS OF THE LAGUNA MADRE AT 615 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS 4 MILES NORTH OF SAN MANUEL EXTENDING EAST INTO SOUTHWEST KENEDY COUNTY. THE THUNDERSTORMS ARE MOVING SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL BE AFFECTING THE RAYMONDVILLE AREA AND EASTERN SECTIONS OF HIDALGO COUNTY BY 7 PM. STRONG WINDS AND SOME HAIL CAN BE EXPECTED.
