TOLLAND COUNTY. THIS STORM HAS BLOWN DOWN POWERLINES IN FARMINGTON AND
NUMEROUS TREES IN WETHERSFIELD.  IT WILL MOVE INTO WINDHAM COUNTY BY 4
PM...CONTINUING NORTHEAST ACROSS THE COUNTY BY 445 PM.
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD
