SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL CONNECTICUT
 
   ...HARTFORD COUNTY
 
AT 550 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM NEAR EAST HARTFORD AND SOUTH WINDSOR.  THE STORM WAS MOVING
NORTH AT ONLY 5 TO 10 MPH.  THE STORM WILL MOVE CLOSE TO BRADLEY
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN WINDSOR LOCKS BY 605 PM...THEN TO SUFFIELD BY
630 PM.  VERY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL OCCUR WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS WHICH
COULD CAUSE LOCALIZED STREET FLOODING.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
