IN WEST MASSACHUSETTS ...FRANKLIN COUNTY...HAMPSHIRE COUNTY AT 652 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL FROM EASTERN FRANKLIN THROUGH WESTERN HAMPSHIRE COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS MOVING THROUGH THIS AREA WILL BRING MORE HEAVY RAINFALL THROUGH 10 PM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS GREATER THAN 2 INCHES AN HOUR WILL LIKELY CAUSE SMALL STREAM AND TRIBUTARIES TO RISE ABOVE THEIR BANKS.
