FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1230 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST MASSACHUSETTS
 
   ...EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY
 
SEVERE FLOODING HAS OCCURRED IN PARTS OF EASTERN FRANKLIN
COUNTY...ESPECIALLY IN THE LEVERETT AND MONTAGUE AREAS. THE HEAVIEST
RAIN IS OVER...BUT IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME FOR SOME OF THE STREAMS AND
SMALL RIVERS IN THE EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY AREA TO RECEDE BELOW FLOOD
STAGE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
