THUNDERSTORM WITH A POSSIBLE TORNADO 10 MILES EAST OF HUGO...OR
ABOUT 24 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LIMON.
THE STORM WAS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 5 TO 10 MPH.
LARGE HAIL IN EXCESS OF AN INCH IN DIAMETER AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN
ARE ALSO POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.
