SURFACE MOISTURE REMAINS HIGH THIS MORNING AS LOW LEVEL SOUTHEAST WINDS CONTINUE TO PUMP HIGH DEWPOINT AIR ACROSS THE NORTHEAST PLAINS. A DENVER CYCLONE HAS ALSO FORMED THIS MORNING RESULTING IN A BOUNDARY SETTING UP ACROSS THE PALMER DIVIDE AND STRETCHING NORTHEASTWARD OVER EASTERN ARAPAHOE...ADAMS...AND WESTERN WASHINGTON COUNTIES. THIS BOUNDARY WILL LIKELY BE THE PRIMARAY FOCUS FOR THUNDERSTORMS BY MID AFTERNOON. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BEGIN FIRING OVER THE MOUNTAINS AND HIGHER TERRAIN AREAS AFTER 1230 PM.
