THUNDERSTORMS ARE DEVELOPING THIS AFTERNOON IN THE FOOTHILLS... ESPECIALLY ACROSS LARIMER COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO SLOWLY INTENSIFY AS THEY MOVE SOUTHEASTWARD.
