TEMPERATURES RISE INTO THE 70S.  A WEAK COLD FRONT LYING NEARLY
STATIONARY FROM JUST NORTH OF FORT COLLINS TO LOW PRESSURE CENTERED NEAR
CHEYENNE WELLS SEPARATES THE MORE MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR OVER THE
NORTHEAST PLAINS FROM THE DRIER...LESS UNSTABLE AIR NEAR THE FOOTHILLS.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO BEGIN FORMING IN LARIMER...WELD...EASTERN
ADAMS...EASTERN ARAPAHOE...MORGAN...NORTHERN LINCOLN AND WASHINGTON
COUNTIES AFTER 2 PM ONCE TEMPERATURES CLIMB INTO THE MID AND UPPER
70S.  ONE OR TWO STORMS MAY PRODUCE HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS.

AFTER 4 PM...THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO FORM FARTHER EAST NEAR THE
NORTHEAST BORDER WITH ONE OR TWO THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLY BECOMING SEVERE
IN NORTHERN WASHINGTON...PHILLIPS AND SEGWICK COUNTIES.  THESE STORMS
