MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN CONTINUES ACROSS PICKENS COUNTY AND THE PICKENS
COUNTY EMA HAS REPORTED A NUMBER OF ROADS CLOSED AS WELL AS CONTINUED
RISES ON SMALL STREAMS AND CREEKS. ADDITIONAL RAIN OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IS
POSSIBLE BEFORE THE RAIN BEGINS TO DIMINISH, SO ADDITIONAL FLASH
FLOODING IS LIKELY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
