FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  215 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...DEKALB COUNTY
 
AT 1015 THIS MORNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN HUNTSVILLE
INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN IN DE KALB COUNTY.
 
STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN FORT PAYNE...DEEP WATER ON SIDES
OF ROADS AND ALSO A MUD SLIDE. THE ROAD FLOODING CONDITION EXISTS
OVER MANY ROADS IN DE KALB COUNTY.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
