IN SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA ...SOUTHERN WINONA COUNTY AT 1040 PM LA CROSSE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR THE TOWN OF HART...10 MILES SOUTHWEST OF WINONA...HAD SLOWED IN SPEED. THEREFORE THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR WINONA COUNTY...THE SOUTHERN PORTION...HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 1115 PM. THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS.
