AT 1212 AM...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 25 MILES WEST OF
ROCHESTER OR JUST EAST OF OWATONNA. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING EAST AT
40 MPH AND WILL CONTAIN DAMAGING WINDS.
