FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL MIDNIGHT EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH NEW YORK
 
   ...SOUTHERN HAMILTON COUNTY
 
AT 7 PM DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR SHOWED PERSISTENT THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY
RAIN IN SOUTHERN HMILTON COUNTY. THE HEAVIEST RAIN HAS FALLEN IN AN AREA
EAST OF ROUTE 10...SOUTH OF ROUTE 8 AND WEST OF ROUTE 30.
 
RADAR ESTIMATES OF 4 INCHES OF RAIN AS OF 7 PM...COMBINED WITH EXPECTED
CONTINUED RAIN IN THAT AREA AT THE RATE OF AS MUCH AS 1 INCH PER HOUR
