IN NORTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA ...SOUTHERN DEUEL COUNTY THE COMMUNITIES MOST THREATENED BY THIS TORNADO... JOHNSONVILLE AROUND 749 PM CDT TORONTO AROUND 801 PM CDT BRANDT AROUND 813 PM CDT AT 749 PM CDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY THE PUBLIC 14 MILES NORTH OF BROOKINGS OR IN THE VICINITY OF JOHNSONVILLE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE STORM PREDICTION CENTER IN KANSAS CITY HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA UNTIL 11PM CDT. A COLD FRONT MOVING OVER THE EASTERN PORTION OF SOUTH DAKOTA WILL BEGIN TO PRODUCE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS OVER EXTREME EASTERN PARTS OF NORTHEAST AND EAST CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
