IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA ...TULSA COUNTY RADAR ESTIMATES OF UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAVE OCCURED DURING THE PAST HOUR. ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TO SPREAD INTO THE TULSA AREA AND COULD PRODUCE AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN WILL LIKELY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING ESPECIALLY IN THE TULSA METROPOLITAN AREA. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS LIKELY OR HAS BEEN REPORTED. STAY ALERT AND WATCH FOR RAPIDLY RISING WATER.
