AT 300AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 30 MILES
NORTHWEST OF CONCORDIA ALONG THE NEBRASKA BORDER. THE STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THE STORM SHOULD REACH BELLEVILLE AROUND 330 AM.
 
THE MAIN THREAT FROM THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS STRONG STRAIGHT LINE
WIND TO AROUND 60 MPH.
