AT 1 PM...THE PUBLIC REPORTED WALNUT SIZED HAIL EIGHT MILES NORTH OF
TOPEKA NEAR ELMONT.
 
DOPPLER RARAR INDICATED THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING THE LARGE HAIL
WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR.
 
THIS STORM WILL MOVE THROUGH MERIDEN...GRANTVILLE AND PERRRY STATE PARK
BY 2 PM.
 
THIS WARNING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CITY OF TOPEKA.
