IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...NORTHERN ANDERSON COUNTY...EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY
 
AT 1039 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR GARNETT
OR 25 MILES SOUTH OF OTTAWA.
 
THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH AND WILL MOVE INTO THE LANE
AND RANTOUL AREAS BY 1115 PM.
