FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST CENTRAL GEORGIA
 
   ...STEWART COUNTY
 
AT 1142 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE
THUNDERSTORM CROSSING THE ALABAMA...GEORGIA BORDER INTO WESTERN STEWART
COUNTY. THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH. THE CITY OF LUMPKIN
IS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  REMAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
RAPIDLY CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS.

THE TORNADO WATCH WHICH WAS IN EFFECT HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A NEW
TORNADO WATCH WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE GULF AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES.
MOST OF THE ACTIVE WEATHER HAS AFFECTED PARTS OF THE WESTERN FLORIDA
PANHANDLE AND ALABAMA...STAYING AWAY FROM GULF AND FRANKLIN COUFNTIES.
THERE IS STILL A POSSIBILITY OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS LATE TONIGHT AND
EARLY ON MONDAY MORNING.
