DENSE FOG HAS REDUCED VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO THIS MORNING OVER PARTS OF GULF AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES. THESE CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO PERSIST THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS AS WARM HUMID AIR CONTINUES TO FLOW OFF THE GULF IN ADVANCE OF A SLOW MOVING COLD FRONT.
