FLOODING IN THE COUNTY. LAKE CURRY NORTH OF FAIRFIELD WAS FULL AND
OVERFLOWING. WEATHER SPOTTER IN YUBA CITY REPORTED ALMOST 3 INCHES OF
RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 5 PM. DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO HAS RECORDED 2.39 ICHES
OF RAIN BETWEEN 6 AND 9 PM.  SMALL STREAM FLOODING CAN BE EXPECTED
TONIGHT.
 
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF HEAVY RAIN FROM NORTHEAST OF
MARYSVILLE TO WEST OF STOCTON.  MOVEMENT WAS TO NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES AN
HOUR.
 
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS.  IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.
MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO
FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE
TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN
RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
