SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  200 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHWEST UTAH

   ...SOUTH CENTRAL BOX ELDER COUNTY

DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES A STRONG THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTH
CENTRAL BOX ELDER COUNTY.  MOVEMENT IS TO THE NORTHWEST AT ABOUT 25
MPH.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD PREPARE
FOR DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH, LARGE HAIL, AND DEADLY
LIGHTNING.

     ...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER BOX ELDER COUNTY...

DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATES STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER BOX ELDER
COUNTY.  ONE OF THESE AREAS IS HAS JUST MOVED NORTH OF I-15 AND
ANOTHER IS OVER EXTREME NORTHWEST UTAH ALONG THE UTAH/NEVADA BORDER.
THE THUNDERSTORM CELLS AREA GENERALLY MOVING IN A NORTH TO NORTHEAST
DIRECTION.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS CONTAIN GUSTY WINDS AND POSSIBLE HAIL.

ALSO...THOSE PERSONS IN THIS AREA OF STATE SHOULD BE ALERT TO
DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND TAKE PROPER PROTECTION.

THIS CONDITIONS WILL EXIST UNTIL ABOUT 1 PM.  HOWEVER...THE MAJORITY
OF UTAH IS VULNERABLE TO GUSTY WINDS AND HAIL ASSOCIATED WITH
THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY
EVENING HOURS.

THIS DEVELOPING SITUATION WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED.  STAY TUNED TO
NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR TO THE NEAR(EST RADIO STATIONS ON WEATHER
UPDATES AS THE THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY INCREASES AND BECOMES MORE
