000 TTAA00 KSLC 220258 RRA SVRSLC UTC003-220345- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SALT LAKE CITY UT 851 PM MDT FRI JUL 21 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 945 PM MDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN NORTHWEST UTAH ...NORTHWESTERN BOX ELDER COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR AND SPOTTER REPORTS INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTHWEST BOX ELDER COUNTY NEAR THE TOWN OF YOST. REPORTS OF HAIL TO ONE INCH IN DIAMETER HAVE BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THIS THUNDERSTORM. THE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM WILL AFFECT STANDROD IN THE NEXT 15-30 MINUTES. ANOTHER SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE HAIL WILL AFFECT STATE ROUTE 30...GROUSE CREEK...AND ETNA IN THE NEXT 45 MINUTES. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH... DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. ZFOR YOUR PROTECTION MOVE TO AN INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS. HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROAD.
