FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHEAST UTAH

   ...EASTERN DUCHESNE COUNTY...WESTERN UINTAH COUNTY

A THUNDERSTORM IN THE VICINITY OF DUCHESNE IN EXTREME EASTERN
DUCHESNE COUNTY PRODUCED WIND GUSTS TO 63 MPH AT 245 PM.  THIS STORM
IS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 15 MPH AND WILL PASS NEAR THE TOWNS OF
BALLARD..FORT DUCHESNE..AND GUSHER IN THE NEXT 30 MINUTES. 

IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD PREPARE FOR 8DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS
OF 55 MPH...POSSIBLE LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE
OUTSIDE SHOULD MOVE TO A SHELTER...PREFERABLY INSIDE A STRONG
