35 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE TO NEAR GENEVA IN SABINE COUNTY TEXAS
AND THEN CROSS TOLEDO BEND LAKE AND APPROACH ZWOLLE LOUISIANA IN
SABINE PARISH.
