MPH. ELSEWHERE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE INDICATED OVER SOUTHWEST
ARKANSAS FROM NEAR HORATIO AND FULTON NORTH TO SMITHVILLE OKLAHOMA AND
