...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT TONIGHT FOR ALL OF NORTHEAST
TEXAS...

AT 425 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SHREVEPORT CONTINUED
TO INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA
INTO PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS FROM NEAT  PINE CREEK LAKE IN
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA EAST NORTHEAST ACROSS BABTIEST AND BETHYL OKLAHOMA TO
NEAR GRANNIS ARKANSAS. THE STORM JUST SOUTH OF BETHYL WAS LIKELY
PRODUCING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 35 MPH ALONG WITH PEA TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL
AS IT MOVES EAST SOUTHEAST AT NEAR 20 MPH.

ELSEWHERE...SHOWERS AND DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS WERE OCCURING ACROSS
PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS AND NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS FROM SPRING
HILL NORTHEAST TO NEAR EMERSON AND ATLANTA ARKANSAS. THIS STORM IS
LIKELY PRODUCING PEA SIZE HAIL AS IT MOVES EAST SOUTHEAST AT NEAR 20
MPH. WESSON ARKANSAS AND JUNCTION CITY ARE IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO EFFECT PORTIONS OF THE
ARKLATEX AND EAST CENTRAL TEXAS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON AND
THIS EVENING WITH SOME OF THE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS
IN EXCESS OF 45 MPH ALONG WITH DEADLY LIGHTNING...BRIEF LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL OF OVER AN INCH PER HOUR AND POSSIBLE SMALL HAIL.

AT 535 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR IN SHREVEPORT CONTINUED
TO INDICATE A LARGE AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS PORTIONS OF
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND THE ADJACENT AREAS OF SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS FROM
JUST NORTHEAST OF IDABEL OKLAHOMA EAST NORTHEAST TO NEAR DEQUEEN AND
MURFREESBORO ARKANSAS. THESE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF
PRODUCING PEA TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL AND STRONG GUSTY WINDS NORTH OF BROKEN
BOW OKLAHOMA AS THEY MOVE EAST AT NEAR 20 MPH.

ELSEWHERE...A DEVELOPING AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST TEXAS FROM NORTHEAST OF MT. PLEASANT TO
NEAR BASSET AND NEW BOSTON TEXAS. THIS AREA WAS MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT
NEAR 20 MPH.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHWEST AND
NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA AS WELL AS SOUTH CENTRAL ARKANSAS FROM NEAR
BENTON EAST TO JUST NORTH OF MINDEN AND HOMER TO SOUTH OF EL DORADO
ARKANSAS. STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITHIN THIS AREA WERE LOCATED FROM
JUNCTION CITY TO NEAR BLANCHARD SPRINGS ARKANSAS. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT
NEAR 20 MPH.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO EFFECT PORTIONS OF THE
ARKLATEX AND EAST CENTRAL TEXAS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE AFTERNOON AND

SHOWERS AND STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS NORTHEAST TEXAS FROM JUST EAST
OF DANGERFIELD TO JUST WEST OF KILDARE AND NEAR JEFFERSON TEXAS OR 5
MILES WEST OF CADDO LAKE.

THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE INTENSIFYING RAPIDLY AND WERE LIKELY PRODUCING
PEA TO MARBLE SIZE HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS. IF THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO
INTENSIFY...A WARNING MAY NEED TO BE ISSUED FOR CASS...MARION AND
HARRISON COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST TEXAS WITHIN THE NEXT  HOUR.
