THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR AHEAD OF THE WEAK FRONT AS IT PUSHES TO THE EAST NORTHEAST. THE AIR AROUND AND AHEAD OF THE FRONT IS VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE. SURFACE DEW POINTS ARE IN THE LOW TO MID 70S WHICH WILL AID IN THE THUNDERSTORM FORMATION AND LONGEVITY. IN ADDITION TO THE WEAK FRONT AND HIGH DEWPOINTS THE THIRD TRIGGER IS A SERIES OF UPPER LEVEL TROUGHS MOVING THROUGH THE UPPER LEVEL NORTHWEST FLOW. THE COMBINATION OF THESE THREE INGREDIENTD ALONG WITH STRONG SURFACE HEATING WILL ASSIST IN THE THUNDERSTORM PROCESS. THE MAIN THREAT WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE LARGE HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAINFALL. AREAS THAT RECEIVE THUNDESTORMS COULD RECEIVE 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL IN THESE SCATTERED STORMS. THE BEST AREAS FOR THE SEVERE STORMS WILL BE EAST OF BUFFALO...TO HARTVILLE TO WEST PLAINS LINE.
