AT 322 AM...RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS PUSHING INTO SHANNON AND TEXAS COUNTIES. THE LEADING EDGE WAS FROM JUST NORTH OF ROUND SPRING WEST TO NEAR HOUSTON. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE SOUTH AT 30 MPH AND WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF TEXAS AND SHANNON COUNTIES AND REACH THE WILLOW SPRINGS TO VAN BUREN LINE BY AROUND 4 AM. THE STORMS WILL THEN REACH THE WEST PLAIN TO DONIPHAN AREA BY 430 AM. THESE STORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAINFALL WHICH COULD CAUSE FLOODING OF LOW LAND AREAS AND SMALL RIVERS.
