DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR WAS INDICATING A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN
NORTHERN CLAY COUNTY JUST TO THE WEST OF BIG OTTER. THE STORM WAS MOVING
NORTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 MPH. THE TOWN OF BIG OTTER IS IN THE PATH OF THIS
STORM.
