IN NORTHWEST WEST VIRGINIA ...TYLER COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR WAS INDICATING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM MOVING INTO TYLER COUNTY NEAR MIDDLEBOURNE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TOWARDS THE SOUTH AT 20 MPH.
