FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION......
 
IN NORTHEAST WEST VIRGINIA

AT 120 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER
RANDOLPH COUNTY ABOUT 5 MILES NORTH OF SNOWSHOE. THE STORM WAS MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 10 TO 20 MPH.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A
STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
