IN WEST WEST VIRGINIA ...LINCOLN COUNTY AT 812 PM...WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN SOUTHERN LINCOLN COUNTY SOUTH OF RANGER. THE STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTH AT 10 TO 15 MILES AN HOUR. REMEMBER SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.
